SKYDECK GROUP TICKETS AND INFORMATION
Your group will be treated to an unforgettable Chicago experience — The Ledge — and a breathtaking view of up to four states from 1,353 feet high.
Your group will be hosted by the city’s best Guest Relations team. Our world-class team will make your trip as memorable and enjoyable as possible. We want your visit to run smoothly from the time you pull up to our entrance to the time you depart.
YOUR CHICAGO SKYDECK GROUP PACKAGE WILL INCLUDE:
- Group Admission Rates. Groups of 20 or more receive discounted rates. Receptive and Tour Operators inquire about special group rates. For pricing please call (312) 875-9447 or email sales@theskydeck.com Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Central Time to make a reservation.
- Designated bus loading area on S. Wacker Drive, just steps from the Skydeck entrance.
- Free Bus Parking. With a group reservation, bus parking is available at 1200 South Canal (Roosevelt and Canal) while your guests enjoy the Skydeck. As required by the City of Chicago, your bus driver will need to remain with the bus
THE HISTORIC WILLIS TOWER
If you’re looking for one of the most unique family activities downtown Chicago has to offer, Skydeck should be at the top of your itinerary. You’ll find Skydeck on the upper floors of the historic Willis Tower, formerly known as the Sears Tower. This landmark is just a 5-minute walk from nearby Union Station in the heart of downtown, so it’s easy to fit into a full day of family activities in Chicago. Willis Tower is an iconic monument in itself as one of the tallest buildings in the Western Hemisphere. With a staggering 110 floors and 1,450 feet in height, Willis Tower gives families a brand new perspective of the Windy City.
ONE-OF-A-KIND VIEWS
There’s no better spot in town to get a view of the entire city than Skydeck. Visitors can enjoy the 360-degree panoramic view of the city from the large glass windows that surround the observatory, extending 50 miles in all directions. In fact, you can even see four different states from the same floor! In addition to the amazing views in Skydeck, families can also opt to visit The Ledge. The Ledge is a state-of-the-art clear structure crafted of high-strength laminated glass that extends 4.3 feet from the skyscraper’s 103rd floor. This allows you to look directly beneath your feet from 1,353 feet in the air!

DINING AND ENTERTAINMENT AT WILLIS TOWER
Complete your Skydeck experience by exploring Catalog at Willis Tower, accessible via Jackson Boulevard entrance. Catalog is an evolving, five-level urban destination, featuring new dining, specialty retail and entertainment options.

Our group minimum is 20 guests.
Yes, to receive the group discount and benefits, reservations must be made a minimum of 14 business days before desired date of arrival. April & May dates sell out six months in advance so don’t delay!

A 50% deposit is required when you make a reservation. We gladly accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club and company, school or organization checks. Personal checks are not accepted. You may pay upon arrival.
One complementary ticket with every 20 tickets purchased.
On average, it takes most groups around 1 to 1.5 hours to experience the Skydeck.
Complimentary bus parking is available at 1200 South Canal (Roosevelt and Canal). Driver must remain with coach per City ordinance.
